Courses
Conceal Weapon Plus (CCH/CWP)
This is a North Carolina/South Carolina certified course designed to separate myth and hearsay from fact. Attendees will gain a clear understanding of the laws governing concealed carry and the lawful use of deadly force.
Participants will also receive hands-on coaching in the fundamentals of shooting before proceeding to the qualification phase, ensuring proper technique and confidence.
Please note: This course must be attended in person.
Intro to Firearms
This course is ideal for new firearm owners—or those still considering ownership—offering the knowledge, skills, and mindset necessary for safe pistol ownership and operation.
Students will learn about different types of pistols, their components and operation, ammunition basics, firearm safety, and the fundamentals of shooting.
It's an excellent introductory course for anyone looking to build a strong, safe foundation in handgun use.
Fundamentals Plus
This is excellent training for individuals who carry firearms for work or personal defense and want more than the typical static range experience—whether indoor or outdoor.
Fundamentals Plus is structured as a progressive, three-level training series, with each level focusing on a distinct set of skills. While each level can be taken independently, they are designed to complement one another when taken as a package. For the best experience, we recommend pairing either Levels 1 and 2, or Levels 2 and 3.
Participants will gain a deeper appreciation for structured training and develop a clear understanding of the difference between training and practice. They will also gain valuable insight into their personal skill level and the effectiveness of their individual firearm system, helping them make informed decisions about their equipment, techniques, and ongoing development. Below is a high-level overview of each level:
Level 1 (Baseline):
Shooter baseline
Fundamentals of shooting w/firearm presentation
Firearm manipulation and malfunction clearing
EDC firearms and gear selection
Level 2 (intermediate):
Shooter marksmanship baseline
Cadence of fire
Target engagement scenarios w/target transition
Shoot/don’t shoot scenarios w/movement
Level 3 (advance):
Multiple round strings (Predictive/Instinctive)
Shooting on the move w/multiple target engagement and ammo conservation
Strong and weak hand weapon manipulation
Dynamic target engagement w/shooting positions
(Family) Action Plan:
This training course is designed to address family security concerns, with a focus on both married couples and single parents. The content is scenario-based and emphasizes a team-oriented approach wherever applicable.
Participants may attend as a couple, or as a single parent, for whom these principles are especially critical, as they may be solely responsible for their family’s safety.
The core objective is to help each participant develop a Family Action Plan and engage in meaningful discussions about personal and home security. A live-fire shooting component option is available, offering a unique and practical learning experience for spouses, couples, and single parents.
Topics Include:
In-Home Emergency Readiness
External Emergency Readiness
Marksmanship
This course is one of the most essential for improving your ability to accurately and consistently hit your target. I developed this training based on a highly impactful course I took during my own journey—one that proved instrumental in shaping my skills.
The approach is slow, deliberate, and highly effective, producing exceptional results. It teaches you how to call your shots and self-correct by understanding which elements to adjust in order to control your point of impact.
I highly recommend this course to any firearm owner, whether your goal is concealed carry or home defense.
Rifle Fundamentals
This course is an excellent option for new to intermediate shooters. It focuses on drilling the fundamentals to build a solid foundation for beginners while reinforcing core skills for more experienced participants.
Training includes how to zero and confirm zero, followed by essential rifle operations and manipulation techniques. We focus on point of aim versus point of impact at various CQB (Close Quarters Battle) distances, and explore shooting cadence and strings of fire to help participants understand recoil impulse of their firearm and how to maintain accuracy at those distances.
All drills are designed to help participants establish a performance baseline and identify effective dry fire practices to continue skill development after the course.
Individual training
This training is offered on a case-by-case basis, with a minimum commitment of four one-hour sessions. Participants will receive personalized homework and a structured progression plan tailored to their specific goals and skill level.
A video conference call is required prior to the first session to assess needs and establish objectives.
Working one-on-one with the instructor provides focused attention, immediate feedback, and a customized approach that accelerates learning and ensures steady progress.
