Our Programs

• Sentinel Program — Step into leadership, with advanced training and the authority to train others.

• Sovereign Program — Tailored executive advisory for families and organizations who demand resilience at the highest level.

This is excellent training for individuals who carry firearms for work or personal defense and want more than the typical static range experience—whether indoor or outdoor.

Watchman Program (Foundational):

Ideal For: Individuals, families, and professionals seeking baseline mastery.

Outcome: Confidence in personal safety, firearm handling, and home defense.

Culmination: Practical and scenario-based shooting exercises designed to test skills under stress and reinforce decision-making in real-world situations. The Watchman Program is not just a firearms class — it’s a complete foundation in personal protection. You’ll leave with state certification, live-fire experience, and the confidence to protect your family with tested, scenario-based skills.

Sentinel Program (Leadership / Consultant):

Ideal For: Security officers, church safety teams, small businesses, and group leaders.

Outcome: Ability to assess environments, lead safety initiatives, and deliver Tsaphah-aligned training.

What You Get:

• Fundamentals Plus (Levels 1–3) (progressive firearms and safety training)

• Stop the Bleed & Trauma Response for Teams (critical-incident medical preparedness)

• Train-the-Trainer Module → deliver approved workshops under the Tsaphah Defense brand

• Quarterly group coaching calls for 6 months

• Certification: Tsaphah Certified — Sentinel (Strategic Safety Consultant)

Recertification: Recert every 12 months (keeps skills current and maintains Tsaphah brand standards). The Sentinel Program equips you to do more than protect yourself — it empowers you to lead. With advanced training, trauma response capability, and the authority to train others under the Tsaphah brand, you’ll be positioned as a trusted safety leader in your community or organization.

Sovereign Program (Executive / Elite):

Ideal For: Executives, HNW families, and corporate leadership teams.

Outcome: Tailored, high-stakes protection and resilience against modern threats.

What You Get:

Certification: None. This program is advisory and strategic — focused on outcomes, discretion, and long-term resilience. The Sovereign Program is a discreet, high-touch advisory service for executives and families who cannot afford gaps in their security. You gain a comprehensive protection strategy, surveillance detection protocols, and priority access to advanced training — ensuring your operations and loved ones remain secure in every environment.

Rifle Fundamentals:

This course is an excellent option for new to intermediate shooters. It focuses on drilling the fundamentals to build a solid foundation for beginners while reinforcing core skills for more experienced participants.

Training includes how to zero and confirm zero, followed by essential rifle operations and manipulation techniques. We focus on point of aim versus point of impact at various CQB (Close Quarters Battle) distances, and explore shooting cadence and strings of fire to help participants understand recoil impulse of their firearm and how to maintain accuracy at those distances.

All drills are designed to help participants establish a performance baseline and identify effective dry fire practices to continue skill development after the course.
