How Your Sentinel Journey Begins
1. Book a Free Introductory Consultation
Choose a time through Calendly. This initial meeting is free and gives us an opportunity to introduce the Sentinel approach and learn about your responsibilities, team and operating environment.
2. Discuss Your Readiness Needs
During the introductory meeting, we conduct a brief, high-level assessment of your current preparation, concerns and objectives. We then schedule the appropriate follow-up meetings.
3. Discuss Recommendations and Pricing
At the first follow-up meeting, we discuss the recommended scope of work and associated pricing based on the needs identified during the introductory consultation.

Prepare participants to evaluate emergencies in context, understand how active threats or unsafe conditions may affect response priorities, and avoid creating additional casualties while supporting an effective response.
Scenario-Based Training
Use controlled exercises to develop communication, judgment, coordination and decision-making under pressure. Depending on the participants’ responsibilities, demonstrated proficiency and training objectives, scenarios may include live-fire exercises.
A Deliberate, Progressive Approach
Sentinel training is tailored to the people involved and the responsibilities they carry. The format, sequence and scope are established through the consultation and assessment process.
Prerequisites and proficiency requirements may apply, particularly for scenario-based or live-fire training. These requirements are discussed before training is scheduled.

Is the introductory consultation free?
Yes. The initial meeting booked through Calendly is free.
When will pricing be provided?
Pricing is discussed at the first follow-up meeting, after the introductory consultation and high-level assessment.
Does Sentinel include live-fire training?
Some scenario-based training may include live fire when it supports the training objective and the participant has demonstrated the required proficiency. It is not included automatically in every engagement.
Can Sentinel be tailored to an existing team?
Yes. The consultation process considers the team’s existing roles, procedures, experience and readiness needs before a scope is recommended.
